This shopping area has never done well. Several stores have come and gone. Since Blockbuster went it always seems a bit underutilized. The stores are on two sides with a walkway between but it feels like two strip malls back-to-back. I go to the bank there and sometimes FedEx. If those were not there I would skip it.
Great shops. It's a bit of an older area with vacant store fronts, but the restaurants and shops are still great.
I was in there for fedex and cafe orchid.
